Coaching the future
As dedicated climbing coaches, our mission is to lead and uplift the team climbers throughout their journey of training, honing skills, and reaching new heights in their climbing endeavours. Our multifaceted role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, all aimed at fostering the Alphas climbers’ success and enhancing their performance.
We collaborate closely with the team climbers across every skill tier, catering to novices seeking foundational knowledge as well as accomplished climbers striving to elevate their abilities or excel in competitive arenas. With our profound knowledge and unwavering support, we are integral to the team’s pursuit of their aspirations, aiding them in surmounting obstacles and propelling their advancement in the dynamic realm of competitive climbing.

Skill Assessment

Technique Guidance
Improve your climbing skills with funky footwork and body movement techniques to scale new heights. We'll guide you to find perfect hand holds and turn you into a pro climber.

Injury Prevention
Our facility offers tailored warm-up and cool-down routines, instructed by experienced trainers, to maximize performance and prevent injuries. We also provide climbing safety and technique instruction to reduce the risk of common or accidental injuries.
Nutrition and Recovery
We cover important topics like nutrition, hydration, and recovery techniques and strategies to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle to avoid exertion to enhance your overall climbing experience.
Comp Preparation
For climbers involved in competitions, we assist with route analysis, strategy development, mental preparation, and mock competition scenarios. We work with climbers to set realistic and achievable goals, both short-term and long-term.
